Boards is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, optimize funnels and enhance the overall product experience.
-Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, product performance, and customers health to provide actionable insights for product development and optimization. Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns or trends from multiple data sources and various customer touch points
-Metrics Definition: Define and track key product & GTM metrics, to help identify activation points, risk of churn, and lead intent, adoption and more. Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
-Data Strategy and Operation:Work closely with R&D and product teams to ensure comprehensive event tracking coverage across the customer journey. Define event tracking requirements and collaborate on the implementation to gather relevant data for analysis.
-Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track product performance, user engagement, and other product related KPIs.
-User Journey Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help map user journeys, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that will have a positive impact on KPIs.
-A/B Testing: Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and refine strategies.
-Communication: Communicating insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including product management, development teams, and executive leadership
-At least 5 years experience as a Product / Business Analyst or similar role in a SaaS company, at least 2 years experience in managerial roles
-Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
-Extensive experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a must.
-Prior experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio)
-Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
-Experience with event tracking tools and methodologies (piwik, tag manager, FB pixel etc)
-Prior experience with customer engagement and communication platforms (customer.io, intercom etc) - a huge plus
-Experience with scoring models (lead scoring, customer health score etc) - a huge plus
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
