This is an extraordinary opportunity to pioneer our Product Marketing function, becoming the first PMM in the company. In this role, you'll be pivotal in shaping our product marketing strategy and driving our go-to-market efforts. As a post-product-market-fit company experiencing rapid growth, your expertise will be instrumental in helping us scale even further.
-Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities, providing insights to guide product positioning and marketing strategies.
-Customer Segmentation: Define and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies to effectively tailor product and GTM efforts and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
-Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging. Lead new product launches and feature releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
-Pricing and Packaging: Continuously optimize our products' pricing and packaging strategy, conducting pricing analysis and ensuring alignment with market dynamics and customer value.
-User Journey & Email Cadences: Craft and enhance user journeys through strategic email cadences, ensuring that each touchpoint resonates with users, guiding them through a seamless experience. Tailor email cadences to align with user behavior, fostering engagement and maximizing user value throughout their lifecycle.
-Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop high-impact collateral, including product guides, case studies, webinars, and nurturing emails that effectively communicate the value proposition of our product.
-Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the GTM teams to equip them with the tools and resources needed for successful product selling, including training materials, presentations, and competitive intelligence.
-Analytics and Reporting: Establish KPIs and regularly analyze and report on the success of product marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Proven track record in designing and optimizing user journeys to enhance the overall user experience and drive product adoption.
-Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and product adoption strategies.
-Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce (Pardot)/Customer.io/Marketo).
-Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions, specifically within SaaS products.
-Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
-Native-level English proficiency, both spoken and written, is a must.
-Previous experience working with SMBs/solopreneurs - A Huge Plus.
Previous experience as a strategic consultant - Plus.
